Zyro Digital – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Zyro Digital, we value transparency and fairness in all our engagements. Our services involve strategy, time, expertise, and resource allocation. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.


1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to Zyro Digital are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement or proposal.

Due to the nature of digital services, strategy work, and custom solutions, refunds are not possible once work has started.


2. Consultation & Strategy Sessions

  • Payments made for consultation calls, strategy sessions, or discovery meetings are non-refundable once the session is scheduled.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request a reschedule by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.


3. Service-Based Payments

For services such as:

  • Digital marketing

  • AI automation & agentic systems

  • Performance ads

  • Website development

  • Content marketing

  • Analytics & consultancy

Once the project has started, resources are allocated, and work begins, no refunds will be issued.


4. Monthly / Retainer Services

  • Monthly or retainer-based services are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.

  • You may cancel future services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle begins.


5. Project Cancellations

If a project is canceled by the client:

  • Any work already completed will be billed.

  • Any advance payment made will not be refunded.

  • Zyro Digital reserves the right to retain payment for time, tools, and resources already utilized.


6. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, at Zyro Digital’s sole discretion, and must be requested in writing. Approval is not guaranteed.


7. No Guarantee of Results

Zyro Digital does not guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, revenue, or rankings. Marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations or business outcomes.


8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Any chargeback or payment dispute raised without prior communication may result in immediate service suspension. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve concerns.


9. Policy Updates

Zyro Digital reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
